Commanders!
In December, World of Tanks Blitz was released in China. We are always eager to make you feel comfortable while playing the game, so we offered everyone the chance to transfer their accounts from the Asian server to the server in China operated by our partner—NetEase.
Account transfer is a technically complex and multi-stage process. Unfortunately, an error occurred at one of the transfer stages on our side. As a result, some of the data was damaged, and users whose accounts were transferred from the Asian server encountered incorrect fluctuations in game statistics.
Players have already received Premium Account as compensation. Together with our partners NetEase company, we will carry out another round of Premium Account accrual to compensate the lost data. On behalf of Wargaming, we would like to thank our partners for their assistance in resolving this issue and providing compensation to the affected players. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you so much for your understanding.
Sincerely,
谨上
